LOVE THE SALE!! Got a pair picked out today for my 4 yr old for $62!!! I have to go in one day before the sale to pre-shop for a frame for myself….I usually pay $550 just for one pair of LENSES (horrible vision!) and at Superstore, I can get the same pair of lenses for $100!!!!!!! So instead of paying $700-800 for a complete pair of glasses for myself, I can get a pair there for under $300!!!!
This sale is valid at the Shawnesey Superstore location in Calgary, Ab.
Is this sale valid anywhere in Ontario?
It seems like they are having this sale at the initiative of individual locations, because I got my glasses (and was able to afford Transitions lenses with the great discount) at the Surrey, BC location’s 50% off sale in early October. I found out about it from a flyer in the newspaper.
Please note that this sale expired November 28, 2009. It is no longer being offered.
I am editing the picture in this blog post to show that it’s expired, thanks for contacting us Allan.

I love your blog! Just kidding :] Nice read , thanks.
The worst glasses I have ever had. The lenses have white circles around the ground edges and they lack clarity.
Worst pair of glasses I have ever had. Returned To have glasses made according tothe prescription, and they kept adding on costs. not very nice people!!!!!!
the storeis now asking me to “moderate”my comments!!!!
Purchased a pair of progressive lens glasses. Could not read out of left lens(blurry). Returned glasses and they sent them away for repair. Left lens is still not as good as my old pair for reading. If they can’t get it right twice I’m not returning there and will mention my problem to others.
I wish that this sale was still be offered. I went to a optometrist calgary the other day and my eyes have gotten worse since my last visit. My doctor suggested that I get some new glasses.
