Looks like a decent insert for RedPlum, lots of coupons.  Walmart sells Swiss Natural products starting at $5.96 regular prices, so there is definitely some good deals or freebies with that one coming up if it has a longer expiry date.  Mail in rebates are great to use on 20x Optimum days at Shoppers Drug Mart to earn points with less money out of pocket.
