First I would check the sale racks at Aritzia and Lululemon as they often have good deals around $60, then I’d head to Sephora to splurge on some YSL lipstick or NARS eyeshadows. I’d probably be tempted to take a quick gander in Forever21 just to see if I could find any fun, trendy jewelry for $3 or $4. I’d make it a mission to make the most out of every dollar of that gift card! 🙂
