I’ve got to say i’m dissapointed that the kids boots IN OUTLET apparently are excluded from this offer. Their in the outlet by error I guess, but it still sucks.

I attempted to order matress cover & side rails for DS bed .. not covered either 🙁 i guess it’s just a hit and miss for the items that are included in the promo code.
I bought toys for Christmas charities.
Every year charities are asking for toys to send out to kids in need for Christmas in the city. The 40% off goes along way. Yellow and black construction truck reg 9.97 now 6.00; 20-in-1 game set reg 15.94 now 9.57.
I also bought a silver cross and chain for 17.97 reg 29.97 as well as a couple of other things.

One thing you might try – if you find that the site is telling you that an item isn’t included, make sure to click on the item description (below the picture) rather than the actual picture. There seems to be a glitch on the site where clicking on the picture sometimes makes an invalid item show up from the regular (non-Outlet) site.

Just remember when you are selecting an item to click on the text description (below the image) and not the actual image itself. what does it mean by “last step” of the process? I’m at “review and payment” and entered the promo code, but it says it cannot be applied to the items I have in my cart =( If I enter my credit card info then press “place order” I think I’ll be submitting my order, right?

Thanks Ben, I did get that to work but theres only Navy available. Its quite fustrating that their system isn’t working right like it should be in the first place. The other boots apparently have no discount and shouldnt be in the outlet 🙁
Thanks, I bought a pair of boots for my husband and only paid $35, they were regular $100. Unfortunatly the boots I wanted are not in stock 🙁
I have wasted so much time trying to order today. I added the items I wanted to my cart and when it came time to pay the code wouldn’t work (I was trying to buy a coat and some winter accessories). I eventually called customer service. The person checked and said that the items were in stock, and then once again just as she was finalizing my order she told me that the items were in fact not available. Sears needs to do a better job of purging items from their website when they aren’t available.
I had no problems at all – except two pairs of chandelier earrings and some boys ski gloves were out of stock. Otherwise I snagged a couch/chair/ottoman set for $300 and a bunch of other Christmas gifts for another $100. I am very happy!
Is the items don’t fit can I return them???
Is there a minimum $$ amount to qualify? I am the checkout step and it’s saying my order does not meet the requirements for the order.
That sale is a joke. No deals and all the prices are jacked before the discount.
No minimum and yes 10 day return on outlet items.
I understand the problem why people cannot order, I just figured it out myself.
You can not click the tabs at the top, otherwise you will notice that you are no longer on the Sears Outlet website, but the main sears.ca website.
You must click the row of buttons below the Red “Outlet” tag, below where it says “New items added daily to Outlet”, in order to go through the categories of JUST the outlet website. D’oh! 🙂

did anyone know the rule on the outlet store? I purchased a dress for my mom for you sisters wedding on there and about a month later she found something else so we went to return it and had problems. 1) the do not remove tag was never there and didnt notice it 2) if you order things like gowns and some other items you only have 10 days to return it not the 3 months like I was told. anyways I have this dress still and not impressed at all.
I had a problem with my order…the promo code didn’t work. I called…sat on hold for awhile, but ended up getting the deal.
Faux-leather love seat, matching ottaman, gold necklace, and two curtains…just over $300!! Score 🙂
