Sears has quite a few exclusions – including nothing ending in 94cents – this takes out all recreation items, most shoes, many pieces of clothing – all roots items on sale – most good sale items end in 94 cents – so discount does not apply. Seems like a lot of items end in 94 cents. Should be all items especially when there is a $ 3 handling fee even when going to pick up at Sears.
Since this is an outlet sale, the percentage off works for just about anything including .94 stuff but not on regular or sale-priced things. Discount worked for me!
