woop-de-doo… Verismo’s are just cheap Tasimo knock offs. Do you really want powdered milk in your coffee, or would you rather have the real stuff? I’ve seen them in stores, the look like they would break easily and over priced (as per norm for Starbucks items). I think they retail for $199 or something crazy like that…
Unless they load that gold card with some cash for you, it’s a mediocre deal at best – even though it’s “gold” you still start off “green” untill you have purchased enough drinks (30) to get to “gold” status. Yes, every 12th purchase will get you a free drink, but they’ve taken away the good freebies like free syrup, free soy milk …

I get a free coffee after every 6 coffees at my favourite local coffee place in London (Hasbeans). Travel mugs cost $1.50 vs $1.90 (large size) to fill. Their coffee is free trade and they offer organic choices for those who prefer. And the coffee doesn’t taste of chemical. No extra for soy. Syrup? Blurgh.
