Strawberrynet ships from Hong Kong but their products are 100% authentic and if you ever had to pay duties all you have to do is fax or scan your bill from the post office and they will give you back the money you had to pay extra! Shipping is pretty quick and free unless it’s a perfume item. Most times I get their packages from Hong Kong quicker then I can get packages from the other side of Canada. Prices are in USD but you can pay by Paypal. I’ve ordered from them about 10 times and I’ve always been pleased with their friendly customer service, speedy replies and products.

A. It depends on the destination. We currently ship to over 200 countries across the globe and most countries (especially the USA, Australia, South Korea) allow free trade over the internet and will not charge any customs duty whatsoever for small packages entering the country.
For the current time, we will endeavor to assist and cover in cases where duty is charged, but we emphasize this is on a goodwill, not on an obligation basis. If you are charged customs then please collect the package, pay any fees due and then e-mail, fax or post your receipt to us and we will reimburse you.
