I received an email from Subway today about $3.29 6-inch subs. Not sure if this is available nation wide.. I will update this post when I hear more details. Stay tuned.

This has been a regular item on the BC menus for quite some time now, you can pick 6 different subs…I think they are just saying it is a promo for advertising, yet this is their regular price…however, it is still a good deal.
You can pick from:
Veggie
Ham
Cold Cut Trio
Meatball marinara
Pizza Sub
and one more which I can’t recall…
This would be a pretty good deal if it’s the new standard price for a classic 6 inch sub. If it’s limited time only, then the deal isn’t the great, but still better than a kick in the head. Anybody know if this is to be the new regular prices for classic subs?

I’ll stick with $5 foot-longs… you can’t beat that deal!
I keep seeing the $5 footlong advertised, but, we never get that deal around here. We get two footlongs for $10.99 which is alright, you have to buy a drink too with that, so it ends up being like $14 with tax.
Ya, I inquired back in my hometown. Subway does have “regions”. The GTA (Toronto) has the 5 for $5 deal ($5 footlong or $5 6-inch combo). Though the “Southwestern Ontario” region has Subway “pizzas” instead (which taste like crap, and are poor value for your money).
My guess is that in whatever region, it’s the same 5 subs just stripped of the combo. Regardless of the deal, it all works out to be about the same. Very competitive pricing, and good quality food 99% of the time.

Yes I have been paying $3 for these subs for a long time, so this is actually an increase in price for me.
This is deal is good for people who can actually eat the subs. I don’t eat pork so it basically leaves the Veggie sub, which has been $2.99 for the longest time, did they just raise the price to $3.29 and market it as a new promotion??

Same here, these subs have been priced at $2.99 each for a 6″ or 5.99 for a 12 inch for at least a yer, and the price has gone up to #3.29 in the last month or so where I live.
I always get either the meatball marinara or the veggie and cheese and I get it toasted..mmmm
WIERD… I hope this promo is not going to be in BC because I like getting the 6″ for $2.99 and the footlong for $5.99…
Why did they raise the prices and call it a promo???
I got the ham 6 inch combo with a bottled drink last night and it came to $6.88! That is a 78 cent increase. Not happy.
