Just in time for Easter, Target Canada has begun to mark down their toy section where they have now reduced all of the toys to being 50% off their original price. Of course, the prices may still not be competitive with other retailers (e.g. Sears, Walmart, Amazon.ca, etc.) so be sure to do a bit of research before locking down on a purchase from Target as there will be no returns given on purchase made during the liquidation sale.
