   I bought virgin mobile a few days ago and received it on Feb 11. The $25 activation credit was not added.
   I called many times and they say there is a memo that the $25 credit ended Feb2. However the website as at today (Feb14) still says you get the $25 dollar credit.
   I think virgin mobileis deceiving the public. I bough the phone online because of the $25 dollar credit.

   DEAR SIR RICHARD BRANSON, I CANNOT GET MY NOKIA RE-ACTIVATED BECAUSE EVERYTIME I PHONE THE 1-888-999-2321 NUMBER, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD TILL THE NEXT COMMING OF CHRIST! I WAITED OVER 15 MINUTES CAUSE THEY SAID THEY WERE VERY BUSY, THEN I PHONED BACK TO ANOTHER 15 MINUTES, STILL NO ONE CAME ON THE LINE, THEN I PHONED TWICE TODAY, STILL NO ONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE TO GET MY PHONE ACTIVATED AGAIN.I THINK YOU SHOULD HIRE SOME MORE TRAINED REPS WITH TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND I CANNOT SPEND IT WAITING ON A PAY PHONE. WAITING TILL SOME REAL LIVE HUMAN VOICE, INTERESTED IN MY BUSSINESS COMES ON THE LINE TO TALK TO ME, SINCERELY KATHY KEARNS YOUR CUSTOMER.
