Yeah, the tracking shows it came from Concord, ON (for me).. however, the amount charged to my credit card is about 5$ more than the order came to, so I’m wondering if it’s in USD? (It shouldn’t be, it’s a .ca website, with a CA ship facility, etc etc.) – I have emailed them about it anyhow..
Just got my package in the mail. The charged me $7.95 shipping and handling even though I ordered during the free s/h with every $15 order. Had to spend over 30 min on the phone clearing this up. The rep I was dealing with wasn’t very good with English, so it was quite the ordeal making him understand what I was saying. I ordered twice during this promotional period, and I got charged s/h both times on my credit card. I am not impressed.
I ordered with a total of $18. Was charged $29 on my credit card. I decided to email instead of call. I emailed on Friday and received a response this morning that they were removing the extra charge from my card.
