One of my favourite things about spring, is that with the warmer weather, it is now permissible, if not encouraged, to wear sleeveless tops and wispy cami’s with my jeans and I don’t have to fear that I may go hypothermic while doing so. That is why I got so very exited when I saw that Abercrombie and Fitch Canada was running this sale on their jeans, where when you buy one pair at regular price you can get your second pair for just $10.
Abercrombie and Fitch’s jeans are wonderfully fitting jeans, albeit more than I’d be willing to pay for a pair of jeans when they’re being sold at regular price, but when they are being sold in a deal like this one they work out to costing, in some cases, less than $50 per pair. For instance, if you were to pick up a pair of the Allie Boyfriend jeans (regularly $84) and a pair of more trendy high-rise flare jeans (regularly $84), then you would only have to pay a total of $94. Normally, the two pairs of jeans would cost you $168, but when you buy them during this promotion you will save yourself $74.

Get excited Toronto! As tomorrow, Friday, March 20th is Macaron Day in Canada and to mark this wonderful occasion, there will be free macarons offered throughout the city at select patisseries. This day long event will be held as a fundraiser for the Red Door Family Shelter, where customers will receive one complimentary macaron at participating locations and 25% of the day’s proceeds from macarons will then go towards the charity.
Macarons are delicious, light and airy meringue cookies that are sandwiched around a buttercream or ganache filling, though they can vary among specific flavours, like red velvet to key lime pie.

Victoria’s Secret Canada is hosting a panty party, where you can pick up 7 pairs of panties for just $35. Today is your last chance to take advantage of this wonderful free and family oriented March Break event being offered at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario. From March 16th until today, the Ricoh Coliseum will be running a free Family Skate between the hours of 12:30pm and 4pm. You will be required to bring your own gear to this event, as the Ricoh Coliseum does not rent gear, and you should also be advised that children 12 years and under must wear a CSA approved helmet to gain access to the skating rink.
There will be a limit of 250 people at a time on the rink, so I’d suggest getting there early to secure a place for you an your family.

This is an excellent time to invest in long sleeve running sweaters, as the weather is warming up just enough that there is no longer ice threatening to trip you up while you run along the paths, but it is still cool enough that you would need a little extra layer.
