While we wait for the new Freshco Ontario flyer for the upcoming week, this is a reminder about an amazing deal that ends today. So, if you are heading out today to get in on the sales from this week before they end, you may want to pick up a couple boxes of free Chapman’s ice cream cookies!
For some of you, this may be the first year that you have requested and received the Chapman’s yearly coupon for $4. What you may not realize is that the coupon states it is valid on $4 worth of Chapman’s products, plural, with an “S.” This means, that when Chapman’s products are on sale for $2 or less, which they frequently are as we get closer to summer, you can apply the coupon to more than one product and get 2 free! So if you did request your $4 coupon, make sure you get the best use out of it.
The Chapman’s products that typically go on sale for $2 or less are most of the novelty products, such as the Canadian Collection featuring cookies, cones, etc, the Sundaes, and the regular boxed ice cream. I always wait for $2 sales to use my coupon!
If you have not yet requested your coupon from Chapman’s you can click here to do so. There is a limit of one request per household per year.

Warmer weather means cooler drinks. And the people over at Starbucks Canada certainly know this drill very well, as they are running a bonus star offer for their members where you can earn extra stars between today and March 23rd and you order a drink, either coffee or espresso, with ice in it. This offer, as is the standard with Starbucks, will differ by each person’s membership, where some will receive 2 bonus stars and others will only receive 1.

If you’ve never been one for iced beverages from Starbucks, or simply don’t know which drink would be best offered over ice, I’d suggest trying out the iced caramel macchiato as it is the perfect balance between sweet and salty, but you’ll still get your morning ‘kick’ of caffeine. Another tip for when ordering the iced beverages from Starbucks: be sure to ask for light ice, as they’re scoop for measuring how much ice goes into each cup is set to fill the cups almost all the way to the top. By asking for light ice, or even extra light ice, you’ll be ensuring that you’re getting the most bang for your buck.

You will have to enter the Pampers Rewards code, FBEC89871811115, on the Pampers website to collect the points, and if you aren’t already a member, signing up is easy and also free.

The change in season normally also means that there will be an increase in your seasonal allergy symptoms, and what better to treat a dry and scratchy throat then a free pack of Excel Lozenges? Not only will this free coupon offer from Circle K Canada tickle your tastebuds and soothe your itchy throat, but more importantly it will keep your wallet laughing with its fullness.
Circle K has these free coupons available on their Facebook page, and while the coupon is valid in the Atlantic provinces until March 31st, there are only 1,500 units available for the free give-away so there is not a guarantee that they will remain in-stock until then. There is also a limit of one coupon per customer and you must print out the coupon (i.e. no mobile screenshots will be accepted) to receive the free Excel Lozenge pack.

David’s Tea Canada is offering all shoppers today who come in decked out in the traditional Irish green a free cup of tea. The St. Patricks’ Day offer will only be valid for today only, and the tweet that Davids Tea sent out yesterday does not detail how much green you must be wearing, but I gather you’d be safe as long as one article of clothing is visibly green.

Starbucks Canada is running a promotion for the month of March where you can score a sweet deal each Monday, so long as you pay with your registered Starbucks card. Since becoming a member at Starbucks is free, these offers will be valid for anyone who signs up between now and the end of the promotion, and should you not want to use your card any more (or even shop at Starbucks afterwards) there will be no charge for stopping.

The offer for last Monday, March 9th was a 30% discount on all food, drinks and packaged goods, and this week’s offer is equally as sweet. For today only, between 2-5pm, you can buy one tea beverage and receive your second tea beverage of equal or lesser value for free. This means that you could get something as simple as a cup of Tazo peppermint tea for you and a friend for just $2.05, or you could get something a bit more extravagant like a Tazo Chai Latte.
These Monday offers from Starbucks will change each week, so be sure to keep updated with them as they will not be e-mailed and specifically catered to your account like their other Rewards Program offers normally are.

In some parts of Canada, namely not the east coast, the weather is finally somewhat beginning to resemble spring-like conditions. And with the warmer weather will also come the obvious combination of cold icy treats, like a Dairy Queen ice cream cone. Today only, March 16th, at your local Dairy Queen Canada, you can pick up a free small cone of vanilla ice cream with the limit of one per customer.

This offer from Dairy Queen is to celebrate their 75th anniversary, but knowing this doesn’t really change the fact that you can pick up some free dessert with either your lunch or dinner (or both, if you visit different locations) today.
