Each year Chapman’s Canada has a free calendar that you can request, and the 2021 calendar request form is now available!

To get your free calendar you can click the link below and complete the request form. Each household is allowed to request up to three calendars, so if you have several children in your household you can request one for each. Once you have submitted your request form you can expect your calendars to arrive in as little as three weeks, or as many as six weeks.
