Staples Canada has a sale on right now on the Acer 23″ IPS Monitor that, without the extra saving coupon code, would still be considered a relatively good deal as it is being sold for $50 less than it usually would. Even though the current price of this high-resolution monitor (with a 1920 x 1080 resolution) may initially appear to be a good deal, as it is on sale for just $149.98 (regularly $199.99), you can actually pick the 23″ monitor up for just $120 when you use the $30 off Staples coupon.
The coupon from Staples is only valid on purchases that are $150 or more, and seeing as the Acer 23″ monitor is just a hairline below this minimum, you simply need to find a small filler item to qualify for this discount. I found the Zebra Eraser Refill, 5 per pack for just $1.04 which bumped my total to be just above the $150 minimum. After I was above the minimum, I entered in the coupon code from Staples for $30 off, which for me was, 7705399000155399, but may be different for you when you click to ‘redeem’ your code online as they may be specifically catered to each person.
The Acer 23″ IPS monitor then only ended up costing me $121.02 before taxes, which is a reduction of $78.97 from the original listed value of $199.99. This deal on the Acer IPS monitor from Staples will only be available until the end of the day, or while stock remains.
Staples will also offer free-shipping on this product since it is able the $45 minimum.
It’s discount Tuesday at VIA Rail Canada again today! On this sun-shiny St. Patrick’s Day Tuesday, why not book yourself a lucky getaway across Canada for the springtime on one of the reduced escape fares sleeper routes, as there are some going for up to 50% off the regular price.
For instance, I was able to find a one-way fare ticket with VIA Rail from Winnipeg to Edmonton, departing on April 30th, for just $251, though it would normally have cost $502. This price on this one-way fare will only be available until midnight tonight, but there are also only a few tickets left at this price as of the time of this posting – so they could very well sell out of tickets at this price before the deadline.
There are also some one-way escape fares on sale for select economy fare routes within the VIA Rail discount Tuesday sale. For today’s hottest deals, you can get one-way tickets from Montreal to Quebec city for as little as $29, or head from Toronto to Windsor for just $10 more at $39 for a one-way ticket.

Sears Canada has a deal on for today that while they are marketing it as a St. Patrick’s Day sale, there are very few items within the sale that would fall under the category of ‘Irish themed’. That being said, if you’re lucky enough to score some of the savings, like the up to 70% off sale on luggage, then you may very well find yourself dancing like a leprechaun all the way through the checkout.
Though not being sold for quite 70% off the regular price, the 65% off sale on the American Tourister ‘International NXT’ 3-Piece Luggage Set is on sale for such a great price and comes highly reviewed that it would arguably be considered one of the best deals from the Sears luggage sale. Joe Fresh Canada is having a spring saving promo code this week on their regular price dresses, where you can take an extra 20% off on your purchase if you spend $50 or more – but your order must contain a regular priced dress in the order. Initially, I thought this meant that you would have to spend $50 on strictly dresses to qualify for the 20% off discount, but I was able to combine my qualifying amount with products from the regular priced dresses section and other departments.
The first product that I added to my cart was this adorable drop waist stripe flare dress, which is currently being sold for just $39. I then combined the flirty dress with a more tough around the edges moto jacket, to give the outfit a more balanced look that could be worn for either a night on the town or a more relaxed movie look.
What’s great is that the moto jacket from Joe Fresh is currently on sale for just $39 also, though it was originally being sold for $59. Walmart Canada is having a sale right now on George baby clothing, with sizes selling out super fast, which is understandable seeing as some of the pieces (like onesies, leggings and graphic tees) are starting as low as $2. For instance, a peplum style graphic tee, like this George trapeze top, is currently on sale for just $2, though it is normally sold for $4.
George’s baby clothing is already reasonably priced, but within this sale at Walmart their prices have been brought down to an even more lucrative price. I personally fell in love with this French Bull dog girl’s onesie upon first sight, and the price only made me more excited about the product. Normally, this onesie was sold for $4, but it is now also only $2 and there are still a good selection of sizes available (3-6 months to 18-24 months).
Within this entire George sale at Walmart Canada, I was able to get an uber girly girl outfit (leggings, onesie and trapeze top included) for a total of just $6.30. Before this order would’ve cost $12 plus tax, but today I was able to get it for almost half that price, in addition to receiving free-shipping since Walmart always offers free-shipping with no minimum purchase.

Staples Canada has two nearly identical deals on today within their deals centre on two great all-in-one printers, both of which are made by the trusted brand name in printing technology, HP. The first sale they have, which will be available until tomorrow, is on the HP Officejet 5740e All in One printer. This printer is currently on sale for $50 off the regular price, and is now being sold for just $99.99.
Staples is selling a similar HP printer at an almost identical price point of just $99.91, except this printer is being sold for $100 off the regular price. The Envy 7640e All in One printer was originally being sold for $199.91, making this new price half-off the original listing. The Envy, like the Officejet, will only be available at this price until March 17th.
The Envy can print up to 14ppm in black ink, and up to 9ppm in colour ink, while the Officejet can print up to 12ppm in black ink and up to 8ppm in colour ink. The rest of the specs for these printers line up almost exactly more or less, as they both have Wi-Fi connectivity, but the Officejet has a smaller touchscreen measuring at just 2.65″ (6.75 cm), while the Envy’s touchscreen measures 3.5” (8.89 cm).
Seeing as both printers from Staples are being sold at the same price, and are (for the most part) identical in their functions and specs, you can buy either and be equally satisfied. This is a good, since the quantities are subject to sell out pretty fast, especially since this deal will only be available for the next 24 hours.
