Overstock.com now shipping to Canada

I’m so excited, and I just can’t hide it! So I had to write a blog post to let everyone know! Overstock.com now ships to Canada! It’s been in the works for a while, but while I was searching for sheets last week I came across that they started shipping to Canada very recently.

I had avoided the site for some time because It was such a tease, cheap prices and great deals but no shipping here.   I hope to find some great deals,  that  I’ve previously browsed being ”teased.”  Hopefully more retailers follow suit and will ship here!

I know some like to buy Canadian only, but me I just like getting great deals!

But… won’t the import charges eradicate the savings?

    Wowzers, thanks.

I buy from across the border a lot when I can find me a good bargain.
Christina, quite often even if I do pay duties, (Canada post is usually the tax and 5.00) I calculate everything out and end up still saving a bundle in the long run.

I’m not quite sure but I guess what is only for small shipments like if I wanted to buy a stroller I dont think I will end up saving a great deal. My sister-in-law send me a stroller from calfornia to toronto and it came to be like almost $100 shipping and handling. I couldnt believe it……..

YAY!! CHEAP BEDDING.. i’ve been teasing myself too over the years. Thanks for the heads up.. gonna go do my some shopping!

  7. Lena says:

I just ordered two bedding sets (a full and a king) and the shipping/handling total was $78.00. STILL WORTH IT since I only paid $112.00 and $123.00 for the sets, of which I saw similar ones retailing at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $350.00 each!!!

Don’t get too excited about this – not all the items you see on the website can be shipped to Canada. Most of the furniture items are for the continental USA only. Hopefully that will change soon, as they have some really neat stuff.

  9. mememe says:

It’s good to have the option at least though. FINALLY

  10. Sally says:

I was going to put that they don’t ship furniture here but thats a given with most USA merchants…
