It’s finally here! The Black Friday shopping holiday of the summer at Amazon Canada for Amazon Prime members started yesterday, Monday, July 10th a 9pm EST and will be running through till Wednesday, July 12th at 3am EST. That means that shoppers will have more time than they ever have in previous years, 30 hours to be exact, to shop the Prime Day deals and discounts going on at Amazon.

The deals are going to be continuously updated throughout the day, so be sure to check back every few hours to see if there is something new that would better suit your shopping preferences.

As of this morning though, here are some of the hottest deals and offers that were trending – though I cannot guarantee that they will be around for long, as they could either sell out of stock or discontinue the sale to make room for a new one!

Melitta coffee fans should head over to the WebSaver Canada printable coupon portal this morning, and print their choice of coupons from the large selection that are available. These coupons have come and gone several times and have sold out more than once, but they are all currently now available.

If you print these coupons now and wait for a sale you can score some amazing coffee deals. For example the $2 coupon for the 930g tin of coffee was sold out the last time this size tin was on sale for $7 and change at Giant Tiger just a couple of weeks ago, but with this coupon you would pay $5 and change, a really great price. I would print these coupons now to be prepared. Additionally, there is often overlap with rebates on cashback apps. If you claim your receipt with multiple apps the coffee could end up being nearly free with the right sale.

A popular yearly promotion from Kellogg’s Canada has returned this year, so keep an eye out for specially marked packages of cereal indicating the free $5 pre-paid gas cards.

This year, instead of PINS being printed on the package that you must enter, you will claim your gift card by purchasing two specially marked Kellogg’s cereal products, then uploading your receipt. You will then receive a PIN by text that you will use to claim your $5 gas card. Your purchase must be made on the same receipt, before September the 30th, 2017. You can send a photo of the receipt by text or email to [email protected].

Your card should arrive within 6-8 weeks of being claimed, and you will have until January the 31st, 2018 to use the card at any Canadian gas retailer that accepts major pre-paid gift cards. I love that you can upload a picture of your receipt this year and don’t have to spend anything on postage mailing away the forms.

The Dempster’s Canada coupon portal has a new coupon available for you to print. You can access the portal by clicking the link at the bottom of the post, where you will find this new coupon for $1 off the purchase of a package of Dempster’s Sliced White Bread.

The coupon does print through SmartSource so you should be able to print two per computer. For more coupons you can try the use of different browsers. The lowest price on the bread this week is probably the unadvertised price of $2.27 at Walmart. Use the coupon and pay just $1.27 for a loaf. The Dempster’s buns have a multi-buy price of 3/$6 at Walmart, but I can’t recall if this also applies to the bread. If you are in store please let us know!

Stock up for cleaning supplies for less at Canadian Tire starting on Friday with select items starting at just a dollar with no coupons needed.

Dollar items include Comet cleanser, Old Dutch bleach, FRANK cleaning sponges, Palmolive dish soap and more including lint rollers.  The sizes shown mean that these are cheaper than even Dollarama.

There are some coupons for some of these products, but Canadian Tire often sells special sizes for their dollar sales, so check to make sure that they are not covered by exclusions on your coupon. Sizes are not specified in the flyer, so you may have issues price-matching these deals at other stores.
