An easy solution for coaxing your kids into their bedtime routine each night, is to make the pjs they are jumping into after their evening bath something they can actually get excited about. And the best way to ensure that they are excited about this final step before resting their head on the pillow, is to buy bedtime clothes that are evocative of their daily interests, such as Walt Disney characters. Right now, Walmart Canada is having a clearance sale on Disney sleepwear where you can pick up two-piece sets for as low as $5 (regularly $14).

Some of the styles within this sale, namely the Disney baby Minnie 2-pc. set (only $5) and the Disney Tigger 2-pc. set (only $5), are selling out very quickly and as of the time of this posting there was limited stock available online.

That being said, there are dozens of different styles to choose from including Disney Cars themed sets for little boys and Disney Princess themed sets for little girls.

Walmart will offer free-shipping on all orders that are $50 or more, or you can opt to have your order shipped to a pick-up location for free with no minimum purchase required.

Walmart Canada normally has the best prices for toys, especially those sought after Lego Duplo sets and their cousin brand, Mega Bloks. The ones that I found today will satisfy your child’s creative impulse, no matter their age group, as each of the building sets is designed for a different age group.

Take this Lego Duplo My First Shop set as an example. It is a perfect set for those of you who have a young toddler at home who is chomping at the bit to get building, but is still too young to play with smaller pieces unsupervised. The set was originally being sold for $24.86, but can be purchased right now for just $20.

If you want to invest in a toy that will grow with your child from a very young age, starting at about age 1, and continue to be relevant when they’re older, then I’d suggest checking out this Mega Bloks First Builders Build n’ Learn Table that is on sale for just $15 (was $25). While your child is younger, they can spend their time playing with the safe sized building blocks and when they are older they can use the table as a place to have their afternoon snacks during playtime.

This Lego Duplo Princess-Sleeping Beauty Fairy Tale set is also a good investment for your child if they are in the toddler age group, between ages 2-5. What’s nice about this set, apart from the fact that it is on sale for just $30 (was $39.86), is that your child can build the Merryweather cottage and then reenact their favourite scenes from the Sleeping Beauty story. The set comes complete with a bed, bunny, Merryweather figurine, Sleeping Beauty figurine, a tower and Merryweather’s cottage.

Walmart no longer offers free-shipping on all orders, but instead offers free-shipping on orders that are $50 or more. You can also opt to have your order sent to a pick-up location for free with no minimum purchase required.

This weekend, Home Outfitters Canada is hosting an Open House Weekend event where you can save on exclusive deals for your home when you shop in-store. This event will run from Friday, May 1st until Monday, May 4th. One of the hotter deals that the Home Outfitters will be providing is a coupon, that can be used as many times as you wish throughout the weekend, and you can save upwards of 20% off almost anything in-store.

To receive the 20% off coupon, you will have to pay with your Hudson’s Bay MasterCard or Credit card, but if you are paying with another form of tender than you will still receive 15% off. The only products excluded from this offer are:

• patio furniture and furniture ending in .00
• beverage pods
• mattresses
• kitchen electrics
• household appliances
• beverage consumables
• vacuums
• and personal care

In addition to the initial 20%/15% off you will receive with this coupon, you can also stack it with an extra 10% off coupon. This coupon can be used on the same products as the previous coupons.

Mother’s Day is just around the corner now, and if you haven’t locked down a present or made reservations at your mom’s favourite brunch spot, then you may be interested in the current Mother’s Day offer coming from Lancome Canada. When you spend $50 or more online at Lancome and enter the promo code, RENERGIE, you can pick up this $98 value 6-piece gift bag for free.

What’s nice about this offer from Lancome, is that you can spend $50 on your mom’s present by picking out one of her favourite cosmetic pieces from Lancome and then stack it with the gift bag to combine for a gift that is valued to be worth almost $150. This is truly a nice set too, as it includes a decorative Parisian inspired cosmetic bag to hold all of the beauty goods inside. These beauty goods include:

• L’Absolu Rouge Lipstick
• Blush Subtil
• La Base Pro, 7mL
• Renergie Lift Multi-Action Reviva Concentrate, 10mL
• Renergie Lift Multi-Action, 15mL

This offer will only be available for a limited time and there is a limited number of quantities in-stock.

This is just a brief, but sweet, offer from Addition Elle Canada as they are giving us a promo code that will discount items sitewide by 30% off until tomorrow at 9am EST. This means that you have just about 17 hours to take advantage of this limited time offer. To receive the 30% off discount, you will have to enter the promo code, GIFT30, at the checkout.

Addition Elle is always quite generous with their promo codes, as they normally allow for you to use them on new arrivals and sale pieces, and this offer isn’t any different. The sale right now is also running a promotion where everything is being reduced by an extra 50% off, which you can also stack with your 30% off promo code. So a dress like this Michel Studio Flutter Sleeve Chiffon Dress that was retailing for $120 and was reduced to $109.99 in the sale, would actually only be $38.40 after the extra 50% was taken off, plus the 30% promo code.

Shipping and handling at Addition Elle Canada is free when you spend over $100, and if you are wanting to have your order in time for Mother’s Day you should order before Friday, May 1st.

Carter’s OshKosh Canada has a hot deal for online shoppers today, but it is for today only so if you should find something in this clearance sale then I’d suggest you act on it fast as both time and sizes are limited. The sale that Carter’s is offering is on their clearance stock, where you can take an extra 30% off on everything.

This 30% discount will only be applied once you have added the product to your cart, as the current advertised prices only reflect the initial discount made when the items were added to the clearance sale. While a lot of the products are winter themed, I was able to find a couple of pieces that would work well for the spring and that there are still a decent selection of sizes left. For instance, this boys’ Microfleece Jacket is currently on sale for $7.99 (was $14) but with the extra 30% off it will be brought down to just $5.59.

Even if you’re looking for a new pair of denims for your kids this spring, there are still some deals to be found within the Carter’s clearance sale that aren’t dated by their season. These embellished skinny fit jeans were originally being sold for $22, but when you take into account the extra 30% off from the clearance price (which is $10.99) you will only end up paying about a third of the retail price, just $7.69.

Carter’s OshKosh offers a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $8 for all orders.
