The MAC/Estee Lauder Warehouse Sale is happening again. This sale happens about 4 times a year in Ontario (typically March, June, Sept and December) and is crazy good for getting awesome deals on MAC and Estee Lauder makeup products. Tickets are only available to employees, and are sold on sites like kijiji or craiglist.

I’ve never been myself, but imagine it would be crazy good, and I would spend waaay too much money that I should. So probably better to stay away right? 🙂 I’ve heard from others that they have deals such as eyeshadows/lipsticks all $10 CAD or less, LE quads for $15 and buy 2 get 3rd free!

Mark your calendars! On Thursday, September 10 from 5 AM to 11 AM, Tim Hortons is offering a *free* hash brown with purchase of ANY breakfast sandwich.

The offer is valid at participating locations while supplies last.  And the site specifies  one hash brown per customer  with coupon per visit, although I doubt you need a coupon per say for this.

Reitmans’ new Fall Collection is out, and they’ve got a deal on where if you buy their Savvy shirt, Savvy vest, and Savvy cardigan, they’ll knock $10 off. Not a bad deal if you needed new fall clothes anyway!

I thought I’d update you guys on what happened in regards to Walmart’s legal threat. 

I emailed the lawyer with the letter we prepared (after changing it based on the feedback I got in the comments). I never heard back from them which I think is a good thing. Thank you everyone for your help and support. I think that everyone contacting Walmart Canada and letting them know that SmartCanucks is authentic significantly helped! Here’s a reply Kimable, a SmartCanucks reader, got from Walmart Canada when she emailed them:
