Great deal but ordering fiasco! Coupon code didn’t work so I had to call. CSR said many customers experienceing the same problem & she had to cancel order & place a new one. But, she could only cancel 1/2 my order (I ordered 2 different sizes) because the other one is already in progress … I called immeidately! I had similar coupon issues with Sears last order & it took 8 weeks for them to resolve it. All Sears can say is they’re trying to resolve the problem (!) In the meantime, my credit card will be charged for the item she was unable to cancel!
Great deal but ordering headache to be, no doubt followed by a financial monitoring headach since Sears seems slow to “credit”!

Totally sucks. They gave me the wrong product and made me pay for handling. I order the one in the picture in white. They sent me a frou frou jacket with fur hat that’s 2 size larger.
