exiredcoupons

I have finally finished sorting my coupons and said a teary goodbye to some good coupons I should have used before they expire tonight.

How many coupons did you throw away?  Which 2012 coupon will you miss the most?

I will miss $4 Iogo for sure :(. But they’ve got me hooked now so I’ll be back with the 0.75 off ones instead

Torontogal, you are a lifesaver, I was just leaving to go to Walmart to redeem some last minute ones and had put the last Iogo on my desk, I would have walked out the door without it

Gave all my extras to Purple Bunny, who took what she wanted and left the rest at the front of our RCSS but the Coupon Zone. When she came back, the large envie of coupons was gone. I am sure it found a good home. 🙂

I am so glad I could help FP! I sent DH out to Longo’s yesterday to use up the last big ones. Happy New Year to you and here’s to a new year of even better coupons!

I have a whole envelope of coupons. Tried to freecycle them but was sick and didn’t get the message out till last night. No takers though. I shopped on Friday and used up most of what I could myself but still have a huge pile.

I throw out about 3/8″ thick of coupons. No regrets. It would be foolish to make a purchase just to use a coupon.

  8. Nancy says:

So many in my recycle bin, sad sad day, too many of my favs to mention but they did not make it to my recycle bin

To new & better coupons in 2013!

Walmart had everything in stock for the coupons I wanted to use, unhappy cashier with that much price-matching and coupons but oh well

Whenever a coupon nears its expiry, and I know I wont be using it, I leave it on the store shelf next to the item for someone else to use. 🙂

I did this last night.I keep my coupons and newspaper inserts in a plastic storage tub. Most of the coupons thrown out I would of never used anyways.

Not too badly…only about a dozen to toss…a little irked because I had planned to use them up…funny how time slips away unnoticed sometimes ; ) Oh well, I hope 2013 offers up big and better coupons, Happy New Year everyone!

  13. moom says:

Tossed LOTS (about 1/2 inch thick) into the recycle bin. However, I do agree it would be silly to use a coupon just to say you’ve used it if you don’t need the product. Intended gifting them out in local stores but time got away from us.

My binder is at least 5 pounds lighter. And I can happily say I am back to one binder…for now. Hopefully we get the year started off with some great coupons in this weekends smart source. Happy new year everyone

  15. Linda says:

My coupon binder is beside me, but I am afraid to look inside and find out what I didn’t get a chance to use. Been in a cast and using a wheelchair for 4 months now (broke ankle) so my shopping days are almost zero. Gave coupons away as hubby is not really a couponer, but he has done EVERYTHING else to keep the household going (he’s a great manservant)!! I’m looking forward to a better 2013 so I can restart my couponing and get back to saving $$$.
