Discount Tuesdays at VIA Rail Canada are back this week with a whole new set of deals on routes across Canada, that will be available on both sleeper and economy class fares. Of course there will be restrictions as to when and how you may use these discounts on your Escape fare tickets, but if you’re looking to take a nice leisurely trip across the country through one of the most traditional modes of transportation, then these deals could be rather enticing to you.
If you’re wanting to book a ticket for travel between the Quebec City and Windsor corridor, then you will have to travel between February 25th and March 3rd. You will have a little extra time if you’re booking for a long-hall trip with Economy class tickets, as the dates will be available between February 25th and March 24th. And as for the longer, more languish Sleeper class fares, you will have from February 25th until April 7th to book with VIA Rail. Of course all of these tickets must be booked for travel before midnight EST tonight.

The Home Depot Canada’s deals on tools recently have been making every other tool retailer pale by comparison, especially right now with their two hot offers on a Black and Decker reciprocating saw and a DeWalt pistol hammer drill being sold for $30 and under.
The DeWalt 1/2-In. 2-Speed Pistol Hammerdrill 10-Amp is currently on sale at the Home Depot for just $24.99, though it is on backorder meaning that you will have to wait 7-10 days for your tool to be shipped (but with these kinds of savings, I’m sure you can afford to be a little extra patient).
This price of just $24.99, though there is no direct comparison on the Home Depot site, is actually quite an amazing deal. On Amazon.ca, the same model was being sold for $179, and Lowe’s Canada was actually selling it for $200!
Likewise, the price on the Black and Decker 7.5 Amp Reciprocating Saw is a considerably very hot deal, as it is being sold for just $30. When I did a price comparison on other websites, I found that the average price of this saw normally is between $60-$85, meaning that you would at the very least be saving half off the regular price of this saw.
The Home Depot has already placed the DeWalt drill on back order, so this deal is bound to not last for much longer if this trend continues.

Lululemon Canada has added some sweet styles to their We Made Too Much sale, which is really just a fancy way for them to mark things down to incredibly low prices without having to use the word, ‘clearance’. I’ve never really cared what a sale is called, so long as the prices are good, then people can feel free to name a sale anything they please.
While there are the regular pieces in this sale still being sold as amazing deals (check out the Cabin Yogi Wrap at only $79!) these pieces have yet to be featured on this blog and, in my opinion at least, deserve the spotlight.
