In the Metro (ON) July 2 – 8, 2010 flyer, Janes Pub Style Breaded Chicken Strips, Nuggets, or Burgers (870-880 g) is advertised for $5.99. Use your $2 off any Janes product coupon and get it for only $3.99. I don’t know where these coupons came from, as I got mine from trading. Some people have also gotten coupons mailed to them directly by contacting the company. This is the only chicken nuggets/strips product that my family will eat and they regularly sell for about $11 – $13 so paying only $3.99 is a steal. I sure wish I had more of these coupons!

A few month’s back I did a trade for some $0.75 Black Diamond cheese coupons hoping for a sale so I could use them. This coming week at Atlantic Superstore is just that sale. They have 500g cheese bars on sale for just $4.44 so with the $0.75 coupons I will pay just $3.69. Time to stock up for the summer and maybe longer depending on the dates. The sale runs from July 2nd to the 8th.

You can never have too much underwear. Especially cute ones from La Senza, where you can get 12 panties for $30 during this sale. The selected panties on sale regularly go for $7.50 – $12.50 so paying $2.50 per pair is definitely a steal. I’m not sure if this is in stores but definitely online. In the Giant Tiger (July 1 – 7, 2010) flyer, Airwick Freshmatic Kit is advertised for $7.47. Use your $5 off Airwick Freshmatic or Airwick Freshmatic Compact Kit coupon found in the last issue of Smartsource and get it for only $2.47. I believe there was also a $7 off coupon that came from Shoppers Voice so if you’re lucky enough to have that, even better to get it for only $0.47. Great deal as this would regularly cost between $13 – $15. I wish I had more than 1 of this coupon. This would go great in a gift basket.
