Last week I posted a blog about Rickis having great sales and we discussed the Fasion and Friends sale that was to take place the first Sunday of March. This coming week is the perfect time to stock up on baby cereal. Real Canadian Superstore has Beechnut cereal on sale for half price regular $2.99 on sale for $1.49. There are $1 coupons that you can get from the company. If you have them you can get it for just $0.49. I am past the baby cereal stage but found Beechnut was the best. The flyer runs from March 5th to the 11th.

No Frills has Robin Hood flour 10kg bag on sale this coming week for $7.97. Although I have yet to come across them I hear there are $3 coupons out there. If you are one of the lucky ones to have the coupon and have a No Frills near you you can get a huge deal at just $4.97. This is the cheapest I have seen flour in years. There are also $1 coupons and for $6.97 it is still a great buy. The flyer runs from March 5th to March 11th.

Are you getting anything from the place you currently fill your prescriptions?  If you said no then Shoppers Drug Mart has an offer for you.  If you transfer your prescription to their pharmacy you will get a choice of either 60,000 bonus Optimum points or $100.  The rewards are given as a coupon book.  If you choose the points you get a booklet with 10 coupons for 6000 bonus points per prescription fill and if you choose the $100 you will get a coupon book with 10 coupons for $10 per prescription fill.  Not a bad deal at all.  To transfer your prescription call 1-800-SHOPPERS.  It says it’s a limited time offer but I couldn’t find an end date for the promotion.

Walmart has  St Ives Apricot Scrub in there trial size section for $1 each.There are lots of $1 off coupons found in stores so you can get them for free.  I am not a big fan of there products but I know lots of people who are. There are great to add to a gift or pop into a basket.

Revlon and Johnson & Johnson Canada are having a warehouse sale in Mississauga.This sale runs from March 16th to the 21th, 2010.   The hours of operation are:

March 16-19 from 10 to 8.

March 20 from 10 to 6.

March 21 from 11 to 5.

I have never been to one of there warehouse sales but hear there are lots of great deals.  This sale is located at the International Centre, Mississaugh – Hall 4 entrance.

I was just at my local Tim Hortons and the girl at the drive thru told me that on Wednesday March 3 they will be giving away a free hash brown with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich.  She said it was across Canada but it might only be at select Tim Hortons locations so check with yours to make sure.  So go by Mc Donalds and get your free coffee and then swing by Tim’s to get your free hashbrown.  Yummy!
