Bench Canada is currently running a sweat promo on all kids, women’s and men’s Bench essentials with kids’ sweats starting as low as $49 and women’s jackets, tops and bottoms selling for between $59-$149, though they would normally be sold for between $69-$199.

A little girl’s Funnel Neck Zip Thru hoodie, like this one in aqua blue, is currently on sale in the kids’ sweats promo for just $49, though it was originally being sold for $69.

You can also pick up this women’s water repellant suburb jacket from Bench right now for just $149, though it is regularly sold for $199. This jacket would be an excellent for the spring time as a more casual, weekend option to your more sophisticated looks (like a trench coat). It would be your go-to option for running errands, or for throwing on when you’re going for a walk in the park on a misty Saturday morning.

Don’t forget – Bench is also still running their free travel bag promo where you can receive a free travel bag valued between $89-$99 when you spend $125 or more online on regular priced merchandise. The bag will automatically be added to your cart once you meet the minimum qualifying fee of $125, and you will also qualify for free-shipping as the minimum for this is also $125.

The Hudson’s Bay Canada flash-sale today is one that will help out all the guys this spring with updating their wardrobe, as the Bay is offering three different flash sales on men’s apparel and shoes. The first one is an offer where when you buy and one men’s dress shirt, you can receive your second dress shirt (of equal or lesser value) for free.

While shopping through their selection of men’s dress shirts they are including in this buy one, get one free offer, I was able to find some beautiful options from designer brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors and even Kenneth Cole. The lowest price options begin at $45 and the higher end options top in at $85. I was able to pick up two Michael Kors dress shirts for the price of $85 (regularly $170).

Since one of the shirts that I picked up was a darker grey, and more toned down, I thought to add a pop of excitement to the look I’d match it to a more vibrant patterned tie, like this Michael Michael Kors Grid Tie, which is now only $39 (was $60). Today is an excellent day to get yourself some new matching shirts and ties as the Hudson’s Bay will also be offering a sale on ties where you can save 35% off the regular price.

To finish the look off, you can shop within the Hudson’s Bay men’s shoe sale, where they are selling brands like Rockport and Stacy Adams for up to 40% off the regular price. For instance, I was able to pick up these Stacy Adams Calahan shoes for just $77 (was $110).
In addition to all of these great flash sales that the Hudson’s Bay is running, you can also combine these deals with the family and friends discount (which is available until the end of today) where you will receive 15% off your total purchase when you enter the promo code, FRIENDS. By applying this code on top of my sale items, my entire order, which includes two dress shirts, one tie and a pair of shoes, will come to being just $170.85. Normally, an order of this size would cost $286, but with the flash sale and the family and friends discount I was able to save $115.15.

If you’d rather not shop for men’s apparel, there is also a flash-sale being run today on the Hudson’s Bay Canada where you can save 40% off on all kids’ special occasion outfits. This is the perfect time to pick out your little girl’s Easter dress, or your little boy’s outfit for hunting for Easter eggs next weekend!

These deals will also only be available for dine-in patrons only.
And for this Tuesday only, for those of you who frequent the Bayer’s Lake East Side Mario’s location in Halifax, Nova Scotia, kids will be eating for free today in celebration of the March Break.

The summertime is a wonderful time for family and friends to get together and take part in fun activities, as there is more free time with the kids out of school and not participating in a million different extra curricular activities. That being said, the summertime is also a time when outings with your family can get quite expensive (have you seen the movie ticket prices recently?). The program, Kids Bowl for Free Canada, is designed to help lighten that load for families while still allowing them to participate in some fun and interactive games, such as bowling.

When you register your kids for the Kids Bowl For Free Program, you will begin receiving coupons in your e-mail to the address that you provide upon registration. The program will supply you with enough passes to your local bowling alley for your children to play 2 free games per day all summer long. You will also have the option to opt into the Family Pass, which will allow you to add up to four adult members, each of whom will also be able to play 2 games a day all summer long. The family pass will cost you $26.95, but seeing as your children’s free pass is valued to be worth up to $500, this initial fee of $26.95 will surely be worth it.

Last week we did a post that gave you a basic rundown about what the site, Sample Source Canada, was all about. Part of their promotions for the release of their new samples for the 2015 spring edition has been to leak blurred images of some of the products that we should anticipate to be included in the free samples for this spring.

This past week, Sample Source leaked an image of the above picture with the caption, “Try this tasty mix to your drink for a boost to help replenish and refuel your body!”. There have been a number of leaked images for the past few weeks in building the excitement for the spring 2015 Sample Source release, all of which you can see on their Instagram page here.
Signing-up for Sample Source is free, and I’d suggest you do it so that you can be among some of the first people to be notified about when these free sample package will become available.

The Royal Canadian Mint tends to offer these great deals on their novelty coins, particularly the ones that are of higher value, where you can essentially do a straight exchange on the coins (as they are valued to be worth exactly what you pay). Right now, the Mint is offering a deal such as the one described on the $50 Fine Silver Beaver Coin (2015), where the coin is worth $50 and you will only have to pay $50 as there is no tax on the coin and the shipping and handling cost has been covered!
These coins from the Mint make excellent gifts for your children, especially for special occasions that you’d like to landmark with a present that will last longer than this season’s latest tech toy.

During the IKEA Canada dining event, you can shop in-store and purchase any three dining chairs that you want and pick up your 4th chair for free. This is a sweet deal since you’ll be getting essentially a full four seat set for the price of just 3 chairs. This event will be running at IKEA from now until March 29th, and there are a number of other dining related offers running in-store as well that you can check out the full details about online here in this week’s flyer.

If you’re looking for inexpensive chairs to pick up in this offer from IKEA, the Lerhamn chair is only $39 and is also comes in a light antique wash, should you prefer a lighter stain for your dining room chairs.

For today only, Starbucks Canada will be offering their Rewards Members in Canada a chance to pick up a FREE pastry when you purchase any beverage with your registered Starbucks card between 2-5pm today. Starbucks has been running this ‘Raise a Cup to Monday’ promotion for the month of March, offering a new deal for their members each Monday between the hours of 2-5pm.

Signing-up to become a Starbucks Rewards member is easy, simply follow this link and register your Starbucks card (which you can pick up at a local Starbucks cafe) and reload a minimum of $5 onto your card and you can begin qualifying for these freebies and bonuses. Even if you just use the card for this month to receive the next two offers, you’ll still be saving yourself some money (as the pastries at Starbucks do not come cheap!)
You will not be able to use the free pastry offer today on breakfast sandwiches, but other than that everything is fair game. I’d suggest trying out one of the new pastries from the Starbucks La Boulange lineup, as I hear they are quite delectable.
