Joe Fresh Canada has recalled their striped quilted baby jackets that have the tags with the style code
BBF5OT4316. The recall was because there had been a report of a child ripping off the buttons on the coat, and though there have been no reports of injury, the company fears that this could pose as a potential choking hazard.
The jackets have been taken off the shelves since being recalled, but Joe Fresh had been selling the coat at these locations since September 1st. Be sure to check this list if you suspect that you may have purchased one of the recalled coats.

Sears Canada has finally released their 2015 Toy Shop catalogue, and to celebrate this release they are offering a special early bird holiday promo code on toys. The Hudson’s Bay Canada’s biannual sale, Bay Days, will be wrapping up in the next couple of days. If you have yet to check out some of the Bay Days sale, I suggest you head over to the Bay before they finish up with Bay Days, which has some of the lowest prices of the season. A sale that I know most of you will be excited to learn about that’s being offered by the Bay is the extra 25% off on all women’s clearance items.

The Farewell Fall sale is marking down fall items by up to 75% off, but on top of this Gap is also throwing in a one-day Halloween promo code that will take an extra 35% off on your order. The promo code is, not surprisingly, being called: GAPSPOOKY.

Ardene Canada is having a special Halloween offer today, but only for their online shoppers, as you will be required to enter the promo code, SPOOKY, at the checkout to qualify for the deal. When shopping online today, you can save 31% off when you spend, you guessed it, $31 or more.
There are a number of hot offers floating around Ardene right now on top of their one-day Halloween promotion. For instance, embellished tanks like this embroidered knit tank are being sold in an offer of buy one, get one for $1. This tank is $14.50, but when you stack it with a qualifying top the second item that is of equal or lesser value reduces to being just one dollar.

The Hudson’s Bay Canada has had some amazing deals within their Bay Days event this year, a lot of which we’ve been posting about for the past few weeks. One of the offers that we are yet to showcase was their sale on small home appliances, where select products are on sale for up to 40% off.

Growing up, the Sears Canada’s catalogue was one of my favourite magazines to read as a child. Not that there was an overwhelming variety for me to choose from, and the main reason I devoured the Sears catalogue with such fervour was due to their extensive selection of toys. Nowadays, the Sears catalogue still ranks as one of my favourite shopping magazines, but it is less because of the toys and more because of the amazing deals.

Carter’s OshKosh Canada has officially released their initial stock for the holidays, and I’ll warn you ahead of time that there are some desperately cute pieces in this first collection that you’ll be hard pressed not to snap up. For instance, when I saw this puppy dog Ski Lodge sweater, I had to practise all will power not to throw it in my shopping cart, as I did not draw my niece’s name in our family’s Christmas gift giving draw.
