Canadian Freebies, Free Stuff

Hallmark Canada would like to help you show people you care by sending a free three pack of gratitude cards!
To request your free sample you can complete the form that you will find through the link below. There are two million cards being given away and they will be available while quantities last. 150,000 of these cards, which is 50,000 packs of three, are available to Canadians.
The card packs are available in English only, so you are unable to request them in French. There is a limit of one free package per household. While it does not say how long it will take for your free cards to arrive once requested, I’m sure you are aware that it may take some time as the mail is rather slow.

Kraft Canada has put together a free download of a recipe book entitled The Essential Quarantine Cookbook, featuring twenty recipes for the stay-home cook. This could come in handy if you are looking for some new meal ideas, and Kraft recipes are typically easy to follow, and use ingredients that you could very well have on hand already.
We have twenty four boxes of Kraft dinner on hand in our house. Why you ask? Because my husband has been doing the shopping, and I asked him to pick up “a couple” of boxes, and a guess he thought I said a year’s supply. So hopefully this download may give me some ideas for meals involving Kraft dinner.
There is also a great reason to download the book other than dinner ideas. For every download, Kraft will be donating a Kraft Heinz product to food banks Canada to support those in need, up to a maximum of 20,000 donations.

Since it may be some time before your children return to the classroom, you may be looking for things to keep them occupied in the meantime. I will admit that mine are driving me slightly crazy already! There are many free online resources for learning available, and fortunately the teacher of my youngest child has been messaging parents lists of all kinds of apps, websites, and even ideas for how to plan your day based on what she does in the classroom. So, I’d like to share with you the list of websites that she sent me. Here are the links below:
For ABCmouse you will need to use the code SCHOOL2568. If you know of any other websites then please feel free to share with us!
