TD Canada Trust has a great offer on right now that many people might not be aware of! For a limited time, TD Canada Trust is offering TD credit card holders a $10 credit when you go paperless! Simply call into TD and mention the offer, and you can have $10 credit applied to each card you switch to paperless invoicing!
In the past, TD has offered similar incentives to go paperless, such as a $5 credit, or 500 Aero Plan Miles, but this seems to be one of the best offers so far! This deal isn’t mentioned online, so just call in and mention the promotion to the rep. It should apply to all of your TD Credit Cards. It’s unknown how long it will take for the credit to appear on your account.

Good and bad news for people who shop Sephora online. Sephora is opening a Canadian warehouse (rumoured to be based in Ontario) which means that orders will now ship without any duty fees and Borderfree costs. It should also cut down on the time it takes us to receive orders, great with the 30 day return policy when shipping can take over 2 weeks from order date.
Sadly, it also means that Sephora cannot stock certain items that do not comply with Canadian packaging laws or containing certain ingredients. Sephora has released a list of the main brands that will no longer be available to Canadians:
- Bobbi Brown (select products)
- Bvlgari
- CHANEL
- Clarisonic
- Clinique
- Donna Karan
- Giorgio Armani
- Illamasqua (select products)
- Lancôme (select products)
- Laura Mercier (select products)
- LAVANILA
- L’Occitane
- Michael Kors
- Murad
- Narciso Rodriguez
- Perricone MD (DMAE products only)
- Ralph Lauren
- Shiseido (select products)
- Silk’N
Strange that some of these are readily available in Canada, but if you buy harder to find products, you may need to look elsewhere or make friends with someone in the US to ship them to you.
There are currently other brands showing not available to Canada that should become available as items arrive in the Canadian warehouse. Click here to shop at Sephora.

Gap Canada has recently announced that the company plans to shut down 175 stores in North America in the company’s namesake store as well as cutting over 250 jobs at its headquarters in an attempt to strengthen the struggling brand. This is the second big closure Gap Inc. has announced this year, following their shut down of Piperlime earlier this year. Gap Inc. owns not only Gap stores, but also Old Navy and Banana Republic. 140 Gap stores will close by January 31, 2016 and the remainder afterwards. The closing stores will mostly be decided by performance and location. The company is also closing an undisclosed amount in Europe.
This latest move is the latest attempt to shake up the struggling company. Following the decision to close Piperlime, Gap has shaken up its management ranks: Art Peck became CEO in February and leadership of the Gap and Banana Republic brands was changed. The company also has been working to overhaul its fashions across all brands to increase appeal.
The HQ job losses will save Gap approximately $25 million per year. The closing stores are responsible for about $300 million per year in sales out of a total $16 billion.
Gap has not mentioned whether the employees in affected stores will be transferred to different locations, or laid off. Gap Factory and Gap Outlet stores will not be affected, nor will Gap’s other brands.

One of the better gifts that you can secure for dad this year will most likely come from Mark’s Canada, especially if you are shopping there this weekend as they are having a sale on everything in-store and online until Sunday, June 14th.

Mark’s has a great selection of hoodies, jackets, dress shirts, activewear, socks and many other great gift ideas for dad this year, but what’s particularly nice about shopping there this weekend is that you will be able to save between 20%-40% off on all of these gift ideas.
Additionally, Mark’s is going to be offering free-shipping on all orders of $99 or more for this weekend, which is rather good considering they usually offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.50.

Globo Shoes Canada has just marked down a selection of their women’s Clarks sandals, with each pair being discounted by $20 off from the original retail price. Some styles will be selling for just $59.98 (was $79.98), while the sandals on the upper end of the spectrum will be selling for just $69.98 (was $89.99).

There are a number of different colours and styles to choose from to suit your own personal tastes along with accommodating your feet with great support. Clarks shoes are a well known brand for delivering some of the most comfortable shoes on the planet, and their sandals are no different. If you’re looking for a sandal that has more support, but still offers a bit of flare, then you may want to check out these velcro strap wedge sandals which are on sale for just $69.98.

While the velcro sandals do offer a lot more support and comfort, if you’d rather an easy slip-on, slip-off pair of flip-flop style sandals then you may prefer the likes of these Cilavia sandals. These sandals are made of leather and are also quite comfortable, but are a little bit cheaper at $59.98.
Globo Shoes offers free-shipping on all orders that are $50 or more.

Father’s Day is sneaking up on us a lot quicker than I had realized (being a week away from this Sunday, as it falls on June 21st), reminding me once again that I need to get myself organized this weekend and actually pick out/pick up my dad’s present for this year. After looking through The Home Depot Canada’s flyer, I was quickly inspired with some great last minute gift ideas for my dad, which I thought I would share, seeing as these deals will only be available until Father’s Day.

If you’re looking for power tools or outdoor equipment for dad this year, then the Home Depot has got a fair number of deals for you to choose from. This Toro 2 Amp 12″ Straight-Shaft Cordless Electric Trimmer is currently on sale for just $154, though previously it was being sold for $174.
Some other electronic tools and outdoor equipment deals you may be interested in for dad this year would include:
- Earthwise Lithium Cordless Lawn Mower, now $369 (was $398)
- Toro 190cc 22″ Mow n’ Stow Gas Lawn Mower, now $379 (was $449)
- Toro 2 Amp 24″ Cordless Electric Hedge Trimmer, now $165 (was $185)
- Echo 30.5cc 14″ Rear Handle Gas Chainsaw, now $249 (was $299)
There are also a wide range of smaller priced deals that you can choose from at the Home Depot, all of which are featured in this week’s flyer.
Most of the deals from the Home Depot that are being advertised as ‘Father’s Day approved’ will not be available after June 21st.

If you are yet to try out one of the less expensive modes of transportation for getting around your city, that is by using an Uber taxi, then this free $25 credit offer would be the perfect opportunity to test drive (no pun intended) this up and coming driving service.
When you use the promo code, roamwithuber, you will automatically receive a $25 credit onto your Uber account. This $25 credit can be added to your account whether your new to the service, or you already have an existing account: everyone will qualify. To get your Uber account started, you will have to enter your credit card information, but you won’t be charged anything until you actually use the service, and if you’ve entered the $25 credit promo code, then you won’t be charged anything until after you have exceeded that limit.
This offer will only be available for al limited time only.

Sears Canada has an amazing deal on today that becomes increasingly hotter when you combine it with their weekend coupon code 941612347, that will save you an additional $25 off on purchases of $100 or more. The Keurig 2.0 K200 Brewer will be able to qualify for this extra $25 off, as it has just been reduced to being $99.99, down from the original retail value of $120.

Keurig Canada used to be selling the Keurig 2.0 K200 model for a special promotional price of $99, but this offer has since expired and right now Sears is offering it at the same hot price, but can be made even cheaper with the $25 off coupon code. This coupon will only be valid until Sunday, June 14th, however, so you will only have this weekend to pick up the brewer for $75. After this, you will have to pay the Sears regular pricing of $99.99.
Sears offers free-shipping on all orders that are $49 or more.

This weekend at Suzy Shier Canada you can really make out like a bandit with their special offer where when you buy any one regular price (or sale priced!) item, you can receive your second item – of equal or lesser value of course – for 50% off. They will only running this promotion until Sunday, June 14th, but it will be available throughout the entire store.

This means that you could pair newly arrived summertime pieces with older items from the sale section, so long as the second item you wish to qualify for the discount is less than or equal to the first item. I was able to pick out an outfit using this newly arrived crochet front tank top ($26) with this bright and powerful looking floral print pencil skirt ($25), which would make my total come to just $38.50 (regularly $51).

If you’re a fan of the floral trend for spring, then you may want to check to see if they have any of these fabulous floral print scuba dresses left in your size (large and extra-large as of the time of this posting), as the dress is currently on sale for just $29.95 (was $45). A nice add-on for this scuba dress, particularly if you’re looking to make it more appropriate for a formal occasion, would be this nude coloured knit blazer with piping ($39). By combing a piece from the new arrivals with a less expensive piece from the sale section, you can justify spending a bit more on your first item. The total cost of this outfit would then be just $53.97, though before the 50% off discount and the sale on the dress it would have regularly been $84.
Suzy Shier offers flat-rate shipping fee of between $8-$12, depending on the size of your order.

Old Navy Canada has just started one truly amazing sale that no matter your age or gender, you will be able to find some spectacular deals for yourself. The sale that they have begun is one that offers men’s, women’s and kids activewear starting for as little as $7. Some of the hot deals you’ll be able to pick up include women’s shorts for just $9, men’s tees from just $7, and kids’ tees for as little as $8!

If you’re a woman, then you can shop this sale to curate yourself an entire new workout outfit for that new yoga class you’ve been wanting to try out for well under $20. By combining this flashy burnout tank, only $8, with a pair of perforated running shorts, now only $8, you will have a new outfit for just $16 and will have saved yourself a total of $17.94.
Old Navy will only be offering this sale until June 23rd, and remember that they also only offer free-shipping on orders of $50 or more.

If you’re a man on the market for a new pair of walking or running shoes, and you don’t want to spend very much, then this hot sale at the Hudson’s Bay Canada may be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. Right now, you can pick up a new pair of New Balance 420 Classic sneakers for as little as $40.50, though normally a pair of these relaxed wardrobe shoes would sell for $90. Even on the New Balance website, the lowest price for a new pair of New Balance classics would still cost you $89.99, plus shipping and handling.

For those of you looking for a workout related shoe, then you definitely want to check out these 1320 Running Shoes from New Balance. Ordinarily, a shoe like this would sell for $90, which is still not a bad price for a pair of running shoes, but with the sale that is going on at the Hudson’s Bay you will only have to pay $58.50! While this is a really good price, there isn’t a wide selection of shoes to choose from as there are now only 9W, 11W and 12W remaining.
The Hudson’s Bay offers free-shipping on all orders of $99 or more.

Starting today at Sears Canada, whether you are shopping online or in-store, you will be able to use two hot new coupon codes to save yourself up to $25 off on almost all regular priced and sale priced items! When you spend $50 or more and use the coupon code, 941612211, then you will be able to save $10 off, and when you spend $100 or more and enter in the code, 941612347, you will be able to save the maximum of $25 off.

The coupon codes will not be permitted to be used on fragrances or cosmetics, and will also be restricted from items that have prices ending in .94, .91, .88 and .97, as well as Clearance and Canada’s Best items. Apart from that though, you will essentially be able to shop throughout the entire online and in-store selection at Sears! If you are shopping in-store, you will have to print out these coupons to collect your savings at the cashier though.
A great appliance that I was able to find from this weekend’s Hot Days, Hot Deals sale was this Hoover Windtunnel 2 Pet Bagless Vacuum. The vacuum itself is normally sold for $209.99, but is currently on sale for just $159.99. Since that is over the $100 minimum, the vacuum will then be reduced to being just $134.99, which would make the vacuum almost 35% off its original retail price!
Sears offers free-shipping on all orders that are $99 or more.

Right now at Chapters Indigo Canada, you can bring home the legendary Sennheiser sound in the wireless headphones, Sennheiser MM100 Bluetooth Headphones, for just $74.40. This is a substantial price drop, as these headphones typically sell on Chapters Indigo (and other online retailers) for close to $250, meaning that you will be saving 70%!

The headphones, though they are ultralight and wireless, do not sacrifice quality for superficial aesthetic features. You will still receive the same quality of sound that Sennheiser headphones are renowned for, as well as have access to answering calls on your cell phone as the headphones are also Bluetooth enabled and come with an invisible microphone.
Most of the reviews for these headphones are astounded by how lightweight the wireless headphones are, and how comfortably they can sit around your neck when not in use. The makers of the Sennheiser MM100’s claim that they are best designed for an active lifestyle, as you can move around wire-free. While that may be true for some people, if you are biking around in a loud and busy city, then you may have some sound spill over from the outside surroundings. That being said, it is probably safer for you to not be completely deaf while you are running, biking, skateboarding or simply walking around an urban space.

If you check out the comparable prices of these headphones on other sites, you will see that Chapters Indigo’s price of just $74.50 is by hottest by quite a while. Amazon.ca, who is actually out of stock of these headphones, was previously selling this headset for $245, and NCIX Canada, who does have them in-stock, is selling them for the retail price of $249!
Chapters Indigo will also offer free-shipping on these headphones since they are above the $25 minimum.
