Sears Canada is having a massive sale on all of their winter weather related stock, with saving of up to 60% off. From jackets (both puffer style and fashionable), to heavy duty winter boots, Sears has got all of their winter related based more than covered.
That being said, if you can’t bear the sight of another puffy coat, Sears jackets still have some options available that will coast you into the warmer spring weather in style, and at a great price too. The second instalment of the celebrated young adult series, The Hunger Games, is currently available on the Google Play Store Canada for free. Catching Fire, a title which you may recognize from this past fall’s release of the hollywood film starring Jennifer Lawrence, will be available to download to your Google Play Library for a limited time only, but once you download it you will have the free version for life.

Groupon Canada has a specifically catered promo code for residents of Quebec, where you can save 15% off on all local deals when you purchase your Groupon before midnight tonight, and you enter the code, WINTER, at the checkout. Today’s flash-sale at the Hudson’s Bay Canada is sure to get your heart rate up, if not for the sales, then at least for the stock that they are selling, which is everyone’s favourite: activewear. From this morning through till 11:59pm EST, you can shop online at the Hudson’s Bay activewear department and receive either 20% off on one item, or 30% off on two items or more.

Since you won’t be able to travel on the long weekend in May, as the black out dates for this sale are marked as May 15th and 18th plus July 3rd through till the 5th, I thought to try getting seats for the long weekend in April (Easter weekend) for travel between Montreal and Toronto. If you leave on Wednesday, April 1st (or the Thursday and Friday had the same price available) and return on Tuesday, April 7th you will only have to pay $210 roundtrip!
After a quick check with Google Flight Tracker, I found that the Porter price was an average of $19 cheaper than other airlines, which isn’t a huge savings but it is still a savings!
