Today Air Canada is offering a buy one get one free Canada fare deal. Now with the sale last week some fares didn’t turn out to be a deal at all so I suggest you compare the rates with Westjet.com as well to verify that its a “deal.”

Heres the small print:

Today only, buy one Tango or Tango Plus fare for travel within Canada and get one free*. Valid for travel until April 30, 2010.
The promo code applies only on bookings made for two passengers on same reservation file. The discount will be displayed as 50% off each fare. Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges are extra on the discounted fare as well.

Book by February 22, 2010 at midnight from the city of departure.

This week, No Frills has the Tetley Ready to Drink tea 1.89L bottles on sale for only $1. There are coupons on some of the products for $1 off, and also come with a sample pouch of the Tetley Tea Infusions (which I love) which would make them free! This product comes in a couple of different flavours including Green Tea, White tea blueberry and white tea pomegranate.

This is a great deal and I have read many SC’ers that have post about this deal so I thought it would be a good idea to post about it here.

Hey all! These are this week’s Costco Instant Savings coupons. No longer handed out at the door but automatically applied when you checkout. When will Costco hear my plea of combining the two sales instead of having a different sale in Eastern and Western Canada?

So being in Ontario and unable to stack coupons, I finally found a great deal on Kellogg’s cereals at Zellers, by price matching to Walmart. Walmart has Kelloggs cereals (340 g – 775 g) on sale for $2.50 (ends Feb. 26, 2010). Zellers has Kellogg’s Corn Pops (775 g, the biggest size available), which regularly costs $9.49. I price matched the Jumbo Corn Pops to Walmart at $2.50 and used the Save $1 when you buy 2 Kelloggs cereals (from Toonies for Tummies). Zellers has a limit of 4 items when price matching so I got 4 boxes at $2.50 each, minus 2 of the $1 coupons, so $8 for 4 Jumbo boxes of Corn Pops. This ends up being less than the regular price of 1 box! If you have the $2 off any Kellogg’s product (mailed from company), you can get this box for $0.50! If you are able to stack coupons, you may very well get this for free! Check your local Zellers to see if you can take advantage of this great cereal deal.

Note: You can probably go straight to Walmart to see if they have this Jumbo box in stock, but my Walmart didn’t have any that’s why I had to go to Zellers.

Let me know if theres any decent sales in-store if you end up going. I’m a little weary of how good the sale could be because I’ve been in there before and almost passed out at the prices. A nice positive is that they carry sizes like 5 and 11.

So apparently the Pook Toque has been out for a while but this is the first I’ve heard of it. Interestingly enough the inventors originate from St Mary’s Ontario, a quick jog from Stratford, (Justin Bieber’s stomping grounds) which is fairly close to where I reside.
