A few days ago we brought the SmartCanucks Nation news of a great deal on TV DVDs at Amazon.ca. It looks as though it’s done so well for them that they’ve decided to usher in two other sales on DVD product;

The Big Blu Sale– up to 60% savings on blu-ray movies. 256 items on sale, most under $15 (and some even under $10!). Any sale that has Dirty Dancing in 1080p for $11.99 is the sale for me. 😛

DVD Blowout Sale– up to 75% off select regular DVD’s, all of which were released in the last 12 months. $10.99-$13.49 price point on nearly two dozen movies including Juno, Mirrors, and Horton Hears a Who.

Not too shabby! If you’re looking to stock up on watchables (especially on Blu-Ray) you’ll be hard pressed to find a better deal.

We’re a few months out from Christmas, but that no reason Santa can’t live in our hearts all year long! Also, I love this photo WAY too much to sit on it for another 9 months.

Besides, this picture of Santa has a real GI Joe vibe to it in my opinion, and GI Joe is all kinds of awesome.
